Speak Up

There are many ways that you can put your vocal or written abilities to work for sustainability.  One of the most important things that everyone over the age of 18 should do is get registered and VOTE!

Do you have a strong opinion that you want to share with others?

• Start a blog
• Call your local radio or news station
• Write a letter to the editor of the Pantagraph, the Vidette, and any newspaper or magazine that you read. 

Is there legislation that you are concerned about or support?

• Contact your local, state, or federal elected officials or go to a town meeting.
• Find your federal representative 
• Find your U.S. Senators
• Town of Normal meetings
• City of Bloomington meetings

Do you have suggestions for things we should or should not be doing at ISU?

• Contact or get involved with the Green Team
• Contact or get involved with the Student Government Association
• Contact or get involved with the Association of Residence Halls
• Contact the different governing bodies at ISU
